While appointments are welcome and sometimes needed we want our customers to know that any emergency with you is an emergency with us! We understand that a vehicle can sometimes break unexpectedly, but you can rest assured that you can give us a call when the need arises. Proper and Timely Maintenance Preserves your Warranty: Your new vehicle is protected by a factory warranty. However, the manufacturer does have the right to deny warranty coverage if you fail to service your vehicle at the factory recommended mileage intervals. Fisher Chevrolet will maintain your vehicle, and keep copies of service records. Along with the factory service recommended guidelines, additional service to your vehicle may be recommended by our Fisher Chevrolet service consultants. Do You Offer A Shuttle Service for Customers? Absolutely, we will be glad to provide you transportation (within reason) to or from our dealership while your vehicle is being serviced at Bob Fisher Chevrolet. Dropping Off Your Vehicle: Just park in one of our Service parking spaces located on the south side of the building and proceed to the Service desk where you can check in with one of our friendly Service Advisors. 24 – Hour Drop Off: We understand that it isn’t always easy to get here during work hours. If it is easier for you to drop your car off after we are closed or before we are open simply park along the curb and lock your doors. Fill out the entire “Night Owl/Early Bird” envelope, put your keys inside the envelope and drop it through the slot in the drop off box. Our Watchman will keep an eye on it and we will contact you the next day to discuss your needs and time frame. Picking up your Vehicle: When you arrive to pickup your vehicle you may proceed directly to the cashier’s window. The cashier will provide you with your paperwork. If you have any questions, please ask to speak to your Service Advisor or Service Manager who can address your concerns. The cashier will then accept payment. We accept all major credit cards, cash, or check.
