TIPS FOR RETURNING YOUR LEASED VEHICLE

1. PREPARE FOR YOUR LEASE RETURN

  • Ensure all payments and fees have been paid to the lender as contracted.
  • Make all necessary excessive-wear or damage repairs to your vehicle.
  • Gather up all sets of keys, remotes, headsets, owners manual, cargo covers, spare tires, jack sets, 3rd-row seats, etc. to bring with you.
  • Contact Bob Fisher Chevrolet to schedule your lease-return appointment.

2. DURING YOUR LEASE RETURN

  • We will need your lease account number to contact the lender.
  • We will make copies of your vehicle registration and driver's license.
  • We will inspect your vehicle to identify the vehicle's final mileage, excessive-wear or unrepaired damages, mechanical failures, and tire wear.
  • You will sign a turn-in form, an inspection recap, and the odometer statement.

3. AFTER RETURNING YOUR LEASED VEHICLE

  • Ensure any automatic payments to the lender have been cancelled.
  • Check your mail for a final Lease-End invoice from the lender.
  • Submit payment to the lender for any balance owed for mileage overage or unrepaired damages.
  • Contact the dealer if you have any concerns or questions.
