Timely service

All positive, from the scheduling of my appointment to being greeted when I pulled my car into the check-in area. I was greeted and exchanged a handshake, gave my key fob to the advisor, then we went over what needed to be done on my car. He printed off my work order, had me sign after double checking that everything was listed, then proceeded to show me where the waiting area was located. He let me know coffee and water were complementary, and I received a text telling me if I needed anything during my wait to simply text back, which is a nice feature. I waited, taking advantage of the comfortable chairs and relaxed until the advisor brought my paperwork and key fob. He accompanied me to the cashiers office and went over everything that was done, we shook hands again and he thanked me for bringing my car there for service, and told me where they had parked my car once I had made my payment. The cashier was pleasant and completed the transaction, and away I went!

The service was reasonably priced, and performed according to the budget and timeline communicated. They followed up to make sure I had received notification that the vehicle was ready. So far, the vehicle good.

I had to have engine recall inspections and also regular oil change and tires. Plus my WiFi connection went down. You were bale to complete the first 2 items but not WiFi. I understand the time constrains based on the various workflows so it was within the operating time frames and appreciated they did not go over my time restraint. Will be back for the WiFi issue.

Since I purchased my new 2018 Traverse Bob Fisher has been the only Service Department that has Inspected and made any repairs. I also do all my scheduling, suggested repairs with Steve Dietrich ( Service Advisor). And issues, questions, scheduling never a problem.

I was immediately greeted by a friendly young man who informed me that I had free tire rotation and inspection of my vehicle along with the scheduled oil change. He walked me to the waiting room where he pointed out there was free coffee and tea. He said I could just relax, watch tv or use my phone and he would be back to inform me when my vehicle was ready.

There were a few hiccups but they were corrected. I had no complaints about how the whole service went. My only problem is the price. I brought my car in for normal scheduled service and it cost over $2000. I just don't feel that price was justified.

Very friendly, took my car promptly and wait time for oil change/ tire rotation was appropriate. I have no complaints.

Inspection and oil change. Emissions texting required ordering a part that was not in stock. This required scheduling a second visit. After repairing the problem, the vehicle needed to be driven long enough to reset the error codes, requiring a third visit several days later. No complaints about the quality of work or the courtesy of the service personnel involved.

Right front shock was leaking so they replaced only that one shock. I am sure if you would buy shocks for your vehicle you would replace them in pairs. Also they didn't have the shock in stock so I had to make a return visit. However the shock was covered under warranty,and my annual safety Inspection was free I was happy about that. They did charge to rotate my tires even though they had to remove the tires for inspection. I was not happy about that. The people were very good to work with.

I brought my 2014 Chevy Cruze into the service department for an issue I had been experiencing. The problem was corrected and a few more issues were noted. I was informed what needed to be done as well as the pricing and was kept up to date on when my car would be ready to go. The overall experience at this dealership is fantastic!!

My truck was not taken care in a professional way by the service department. Passenger floor mat was on the seat that has a sheepskin on it and all of the items on the passenger rear were thrown to the other side.nothing was the same as it was when the truck was dropped off. The outside was very dirty also. I had to also put the cover back on that was taken off where the tire jack is between the rear seats that the service department left laying on the floor.

When we were purchasing the vehicle, I was talking with the person that had made it ready for us. I was asking about the lithium battery underneath the vehicle. He said it did not have a battery underneath, just the one under the hood. He was trying to tell me that battery ran everything. I knew that wasn’t true so I didn’t ask anything else as he was not aware of how this vehicle worked. Then my wife and I were told he our salesman that the salesman next to us had an Equinox EV. I asked what the key was for inside the key fob. His response was, I didn’t know it had one. How could these people work here not knowing the vehicles they have and are selling. Then to top it off, I had to purchase a EV charging unit. They sold me one. Two days later I go to plug it in and it didn’t fit. It was the wrong one! I had to return it and wait for one to be ordered and come in then go back for it. Drove there three times for this. Still wondering how they are able to sell vehicles and not know vehicles. Good note, I am liking the vehicle so far.

An appointment was made by Timmy Weller or 8:30 AM for December 11. I dropped the car off two days prior to that because it did not want to start for me so rather than waiting to have it towed I brought it over early. On the 11th I called at 10 AM. they thought it was the battery which it turned out to be the problem . Prior to picking car up, I received notice from OnStar. The left rear tire was low. When I got in the car to leave, I had an alert on the dashboard. I’m not sure why the car was released without proper air pressure. Apparently somebody isn’t paying attention to details.

Went in for routine oil and tire rotation. Upon checking all fluids and battery, was determined I needed to replace my battery, it was 5 years old and 96,000 miles, so it was time. Service took care of my problem and looked over the vehicle for any other issues. A few things were found and the repairs were discussed and completed. Always have peace of mind when I take my vehicles to Bob Fisher Chevrolet.

Had ignition switch replaced. I had everything apart for dealership. They didn’t put the panels back together. I noticed that they still charged me for disassembly and reassembly for 1.2hrs. Customer service contacted me for review of service and when brought to their attention, they cut the labor bill in half and are sending me a check

I went for a call from the brand, after that they left a noise in the back of my car, I called and explained to him they told me that they had to change a part when they finally changed the part the sound continues. I'm frustrated with this now I don't know what to do.
