Had a problem with a tire on my truck on a Saturday morning. I showed up at the dealership without an appointment and asked if they could help me out as I was in the area. They told me they would work me in. Had me done in less than an hour.

I had brought my 2014 Chevy Cruze in for a check engine light and found out a part went bad and it needed to be replaced. The part was ordered and came in the next day and I was very pleased with the communication and overall experience!

My needed tire did not arrive on my service day but they have the best service recovery I have ever seen and completely took charge and I was more than happy with the service and completion of the work and getting me back on the road.

I was worried how long my Equinox would be in the shop, as it was my transfer case that was damaged. Char originally quoted me that the vehicle would be ready by close of business on Monday. He was able to get the part and actually begin troubleshooting and repairing my car before my original appointment was even scheduled. I want to comend him on his efforts and inform you that he did an excellent job and exceeded expectations!

My AC does not cut off automatically, I had to manually plug on and off. They found my blower motor resister a bit burnt and said get it replaced They didn’t have one So I had to leave with no AC at all because they removed the blower motor resister and I need to wait for a new one Paid about $200. for the labor. I’m waiting for the part to come in for a 2G job to get my AC up and running again safely. Hopefully there’s a lifetime warranty!

Picked up a screw into the side wall of my left front tire. Had service at Bob Fisher take a look and confirmed that the tire could not be saved. They replaced the time in short order and treated my problem as number one in their book. Cnnot ask for better.

I initially was scheduled to have my corvette serviced one week earlier, was to be a drop off (7/6). When I arrived at your address, gates were locked! I went home, called 7/7 to reschedule my appointment. A woman told me a back “gate” is left unlocked to get in for drop offs! I’ve been driving since 1966, dropped off cars at many dealerships over the years. This is the first time I met a “locked gate” to a dealership. Bad Idea. The main reason I am loyal to GM products is the excellent service that I receive at Bob Fisher Chevrolet. This service was as good as always.

We bought this car from your dealership and have brought it back everytime you say its due for something. Now you want $1100 to replace a part that I can buy in any parts store for $200-$250. Thats $900 in labor!! We were ready to buy another car but guess where we will NOT be buying it.!! Sorry but that was just ridiculous!!!

Work was fine although I was told the job would be 1/2 to 3/4 of an hour to complete. As I waited two hours later It was completed. Wasn't happy with the extended wait time.

Came in to inquire about new tires for our 2020 equinox. Was given several options and was pleasantly surprised that the were able to install tires that morning. Very pleased with the service we receive at Fisher chevrolet.

I was greeted promptly and produced my documents as requested. Steve was polite and professional as usual. He wanted to know if I had any concerns that needed addressing other than inspection stickers. I hadn't any, and he sent to the waiting room.

It was ok. I didn't appreciate getting bounced back and forth from service to the parts department. I called the dealership seeking a solution to my problem, and felt that being handed off was just a way for me to solve my own problem which I didn't appreciate. Aside from the work that was performed, I felt that I was the problem solver not the dealership. Additionally, it took a lot of questions to get the answers I needed, especially related to how the core charge worked. The work was satisfactory, I just feel that I get better service from other dealership and/or repair shops.

All positive, from the scheduling of my appointment to being greeted when I pulled my car into the check-in area. I was greeted and exchanged a handshake, gave my key fob to the advisor, then we went over what needed to be done on my car. He printed off my work order, had me sign after double checking that everything was listed, then proceeded to show me where the waiting area was located. He let me know coffee and water were complementary, and I received a text telling me if I needed anything during my wait to simply text back, which is a nice feature. I waited, taking advantage of the comfortable chairs and relaxed until the advisor brought my paperwork and key fob. He accompanied me to the cashiers office and went over everything that was done, we shook hands again and he thanked me for bringing my car there for service, and told me where they had parked my car once I had made my payment. The cashier was pleasant and completed the transaction, and away I went!

Our appointment was at 9:00, and we were out before 9:30. Oil change was very fast. This was a little upsetting to my girls, who actually love hanging out in the waiting area playing the dinosaur matching game when we wait, but I assured them we would be back!

Service was done in no time but, 170 dollars for just a oil change and rotation of tires is ridiculous!!!

The shuttle service where they pick up / drop off my car from a nearby location so I don't have to worry about getting a ride or anything like that is FANTASTIC! I'll buy all my cars here forever if that service stays! Chad is always helpful and communicative and I appreciated the ease of online payment this time.

I had to have engine recall inspections and also regular oil change and tires. Plus my WiFi connection went down. You were bale to complete the first 2 items but not WiFi. I understand the time constrains based on the various workflows so it was within the operating time frames and appreciated they did not go over my time restraint. Will be back for the WiFi issue.

There were a few hiccups but they were corrected. I had no complaints about how the whole service went. My only problem is the price. I brought my car in for normal scheduled service and it cost over $2000. I just don't feel that price was justified.

Since I purchased my new 2018 Traverse Bob Fisher has been the only Service Department that has Inspected and made any repairs. I also do all my scheduling, suggested repairs with Steve Dietrich ( Service Advisor). And issues, questions, scheduling never a problem.

I was first told my service repair would take a week to complete. the next day I was called and the truck was finished. Great team work.

Inspection and oil change. Emissions texting required ordering a part that was not in stock. This required scheduling a second visit. After repairing the problem, the vehicle needed to be driven long enough to reset the error codes, requiring a third visit several days later. No complaints about the quality of work or the courtesy of the service personnel involved.

Right front shock was leaking so they replaced only that one shock. I am sure if you would buy shocks for your vehicle you would replace them in pairs. Also they didn't have the shock in stock so I had to make a return visit. However the shock was covered under warranty,and my annual safety Inspection was free I was happy about that. They did charge to rotate my tires even though they had to remove the tires for inspection. I was not happy about that. The people were very good to work with.
